Welcome to TeamBench. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TeamBench application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using TeamBench, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using TeamBench, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
TeamBench is a platform that connects youth sports leagues with Game Day Professionals (GDPs) for event staffing. The platform supports three user roles:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
League Admin subscription. League Admin accounts require a subscription at $99 per year after a 30-day free trial. Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
Job payments. Payment for jobs is arranged directly between the League Admin/Team Member and the Game Day Pro. TeamBench facilitates the connection but does not process job payments or guarantee payment between users.

Users may post reviews and ratings of other users after completing a job. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or violate these Terms. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant TeamBench a non-exclusive license to display it within the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination:
TeamBench is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the conduct of users, the quality of work performed, or the accuracy of information posted by users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamBench and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to TeamBench in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TeamBench and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another user.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Contra Costa County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
