WHAT PARENTS
ASK FIRST.

"Is it free?"
Yes. Team managers, parents, and volunteers use TeamBench free. Your league pays for the platform.
"Do I need to download an app?"
Optional. The web app works on any phone. If you want push notifications and a home-screen icon, download the mobile app from the App Store or Google Play.
"What if my league doesn't use it?"
You can only join a league that's already on TeamBench. If your league isn't yet, forward this page to your league admin.
"What if I can't do a shift?"
You claim shifts you want. You don't have to claim shifts you can't do. If no parent claims an open shift, the league can bring in a paid Game Day Pro.
"Can I opt out of SMS?"
Yes. Switch to email-only in settings. Or reply STOP to any SMS. Transactional messages (schedule changes) still come through email.
"What if I'm a Team Manager, not just a parent?"
Same signup, different permissions. Your league admin can promote you to Team Manager so you can post jobs and manage your team's roster.
