WHAT PROS
ASK FIRST.

"What's the pay?"
Set by each league per gig — typically $25–$75 per game depending on sport, age group, and role. You see the exact pay before accepting.
"Do I need certifications?"
Depends on the gig. Little League umpires need Little League certification. Rec-league soccer refs often don't. Each posting lists what's required.
"How often do I get paid?"
Weekly, via Stripe Connect direct deposit. See your pending and paid earnings in the wallet section of the app.
"What if I have to cancel?"
You can cancel up to 48 hours before a shift with no penalty. Late cancellations affect your reliability score, which leagues see.
"Is this a job or contract work?"
Contract work. You're an independent Pro. You choose your gigs. You'll get a 1099 at year end if you earn $600+.
"Can I work multiple leagues?"
Yes. Your Pro profile carries across every league in the TeamBench network. Reviews and reliability score too.
